30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on CalSnapp Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you purchased with.
• Or contact us through the support option inside the app and we will help you raise the refund.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Free trials

CalSnapp Pro includes a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being billed.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the subscription portal in the app or via Paddle. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the paid period.
